3. Would you like to be a part of a SailGP event in Ontario?
SailGP is the ultimate sailing event. It features high-speed foiling catamarans and world-class athletes competing in iconic cities worldwide. Canada is represented by the NorthStar team, which includes several Ontario-native sailors. The SailGP Championship is an international competition where teams race high-performance F50 catamarans across a season of multiple grands prix.
Toronto is bidding to host an event on the SailGP world circuit starting in June 2027! The bid team is seeking support from Ontario sailors, clubs, and organizations to bring this exciting event to Toronto.

4. New Canadian Domain Name for the OHSF
We’re moving to an outerharbour.ca website address. A .ca domain is ideal for a Toronto-based sailing federation as it emphasizes local identity and credibility within Canada. It also boosts SEO for Canadian searches, making it easier for local members to find and connect with the organization. The .org domain name was designed primarily for American non-profit organizations. Our old address will redirect to outerharbour.ca. Please update any links that you may have access to.
5. Pothole Reporting Assistance Wanted
It’s a bumpy ride in! Unwin is almost undrivable due to potholes and is near the entrance to Regatta Road near the soccer fields. Your assistance is wanted. Please report all potholes to the City of Toronto.
